1.1 - Mein Vorhaben

Da ich heute Tennis geguckt habe, wie Haas gegen Verdasco gespielt hat, ist mir eine Idee gekommen. Nun zu meinem Projekt, was ich geplant habe: Es handelt sich um ein Open-Turnier, wie man es aus Tennis kennt. Ich habe dieses mal German Open genannt, weil der Organisator ein Deutscher ist (ich). Desweiteren habe ich geplant, dass jemand das noch aus den USA (Nick Welch), Japan (BDash) und Australien (B. Stoneman) macht. Die Namen fungieren nur als Beispiel und sind nicht festgelegt. So wäre es fast wie im Tennis, nur auf 4 Kontinenten, anstatt auf 3. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist unbegrenzt (es wird eventuell eine Qualifikation gespielt bzw. ein Freilos vergeben, um in der ersten Runde eine passende Zahl hinzubekommen [16, 32, 64, etc.]); muss aber gerade sein. Am Anfang kann man sich ganz normal darauf bewerben, sprich auf alle verfügbaren Plätze. Hier mal ein Beispiel, um das zu verdeutlichen:

1.2 - Teilnehmerzahl und Handhabung der jeweiligen Turniere

1. Saison - German Open (bewerben sich alle z.B. 32)
1. Saison - Japan Open (bewerben sich dieses Mal 64; dann geht man nach der Weltrangliste, die ich dazu erstelle, und setze Spieler nach den Platzierungen, sodass sie keine Favoriten bekommen können als Gegner; es werden die ersten 10 sein, damit die weniger Guten nicht immer auf die besten 16 treffen [falls es 32 sind, wenn aber 64, dann wird diese Zahl verdoppelt, sprich 20 Favoriten, usw.]; es wird gelost)
1. Saison - US Open (bewerben sich dieses Mal 78; dann geht man nach der Weltrangliste, um Spieler zu setzen und macht eine zusätzliche Qualifikation, wo kein Spieler gesetzt werden wird, sondern die Paarungen komplett per Zufall ermittelt werden, auch hierauf bewirbt man sich vorher per Formular)
1. Saison - Australian Open (bewerben sich 98; ")

Kurz vor der zweiten Saison werden die Punkte der Weltrangliste wieder auf Null gesetzt (vorher alles aber in einem Topic abgespeichert und verewigt), aber die Favoriten werden dennoch vorher rauskristallisiert anhand der Punkte und gesetzt. Dann nimmt alles wieder gewohnt seinen Gang, nur in der zweiten Saison.

Und das geht dann immer so weiter. Jetzt möchte ich hier auch noch eine Weltrangliste daraus machen, die nach folgendem Punkte-Schema geführt werden wird:

1.3 - Punkteverteilung

1. Runde - 2 GPs: Gewinner 25 Punkte + gewonnende Strecke 2 Punkte und für einen komplett gewonnenden GP gibt's 10 Punkte; Verlierer 0 Punkte
2. Runde - 2 GPs: Gewinner 40 Punkte "
Achtelfinale (falls notwenig; hängt von der Teilnehmerzahl ab) - 2GPs: Gewinner 60 Punkte "
Viertelfinale - 3 GPs: Gewinner 80 Punkte "
Halbfinale - 4 GPs: Gewinner 130 Punkte "
Finale - 5 GPs: Gewinner 200 Punkte "

1.4 - Open-Historie und Erinnerung an das KFZ-Kennzeichen des Landes

Die Punkte werden von Open zu Open zusammenaddiert, bis zum Ende. Die Gewinner der jeweiligen Open kommen in die Historie (aufgeführt wird mit Name, Vorname, Nick und Nation) und der Gewinner insgesamt - wenn alle 4 Turniere der ersten Saison zuende sind - auch. Zudem sollte man immer das KFZ-Kennzeichen vor dem Namen stehen bevor man anfängt zu spielen - und falls notwendig - muss auch das Kürzel des Namens zudem noch hinzugepostet werden, falls es wegen dem z.B. GER nicht mehr genug passt. Das soll das alles internationaler und interessanter machen. So sollte ein Formular aussehen, um teilzunehmen:

1.6 - Termine und Anmeldeschlüsse der jeweiligen Open

Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass die Turniere alle 3 Monate staffinden werden, in der Reihenfolge: German Open, Japan Open, US Open und Australian Open. Ich lege den Anmeldeschluss für den 25. September 2009 fest. Falls jetzt einer denkt, dass es für die Japan Open jetzt ungünstig ist, wegen der United LAN, den kann ich beruhigen. Der Anmeldeschluss wird zwar am 25. Dezember 2009 sein, aber das Turnier wird erst Anfang Januar gespielt. Daran habe ich gedacht. Hier nochmal eine Übersicht der Anmeldeschlüsse:

1.7 - Zeitspanne einer Runde und Regeln während der Matches bzw. des Turnieres

Anmerkungen: Jede Runde wird über 3 Tage gespielt werden, damit man ausstehende Begegnungen verschieben kann, falls einer oder beide nicht können. Es werden Items benutzt und jeder darf abwechselnd seinen Kurs wählen (wer als erstes wählt, wird untereinander ausgemacht), aber nur einmal. Das hat in allen Runden bis zum Finale Bestand, denn im Finale werden alle 20 Kurse nacheinander gespielt (F8C bis YC). Charaktere sind frei und jegliches Cheaten, sei es noch so minimal, ist strengstens untersagt und wird mit Disqualifikation geahndet. Bild- oder Video-Beweis wäre erwünscht, um es nachzuweisen. Ansonsten appeliere ich an die Ehrlichkeit der Teilnehmer, was das Beschuldigen wegen Cheatens und ehrliche Posten eines Resultates angeht. Nicht, dass sowas wie ein "Aussage-gegen-Aussage"-Prinzip ensteht, falls doch, wird das Match mit einem Bildbeweis wiederholt werden müssen (mit den gleichen Regeln und Anzahl der GPs), wo beide Bilder machen. Um dem aber vorzubeugen, machen lieber sofort beide Bilder und verhalten sich anständig und ehrlich.

1.1 - My plan

Today, I looked some Tennis where Haas and Verdasco played against each other, while watching this, I got an idea. Now, I will present you my project that I planned: it's an Open tournament how many ones know from Tennis. This time, I called that tournament the German Open, because the organiser is a German one and that's me. Moreover, I planned that someone from USA (Nick Welch), Japan (BDash) and Australia (B. Stoneman) will support me with doing the other three Open for their country (these names of the players are just examples). It's almost like we all know from Tennis, but there's one exception: this time, it won't be three continents, but four. The amount of the participants are unlimited (maybe, it will be played an qualification or someone will get a bye, to have a matching number of players [16, 32, 64, etc.]; but it has to be an even one. At the beginning, you can apply yourself for that normally. On all remaining places. Here's a little explanation to show you what I meant:

1.2 - The amount of the participants and the handling of the tournament

1st season - German Open (all 32 apply)
1st season - Japan Open (this time, it will be 64; now I have to have a look at the world rankings that I will make soon and set the players according to the placements, so a favourite can't get a favourite; it will be first ten, so the players who aren't so well have a chance to get someone on their level [if it's 32, but if not, for example 64, then it will be the double amount like 20]; it will be drawn by lots)
1st season - US Open (this time, 78 players apply; now I have to have a look at the world rankings that I will make soon and set the players according to the placements, but now, there will be a qualification too and the matches will be determined by choosing the opponents randomly; you have to have fill out a form for that too)
1st season - Australian Open (this time, 98 players apply; ")

Before the second season will start, the world ranking will set at zero (but before it will be done, all the data will be saved in an extra topic). Shortly before, the favourites will be determined. Everything is like it always was.

And then, it goes on, and on, and on. Now I would like to show you the way how I will create the world ranking. It looks like that:

1.3 - The distribution of points

1st round - 2 GPs: the winner gets 20 points + winning a course he will get another 2 one and last but not least, the winner of the entire GP will get 10 points; the loser gets nothing
2nd round - 2 GPs: the winner gets 40 points "
Last sixteen round (if necessary; it depends of the amount of players) - 2 GPs: the winner gets 60 points
Quarterfinal - 3 GPs: the winner gets 80 points "
Semifinal - 4 GPs: the winner gets 130 points "
Final - 5 GPs: the winner gets 200 points

1.4 - Open history and reminder on the KFZ sign of the country

To the end, the points will add together from Open to Open. The winner of the respective Open will be published in the history section of this tournament (forename, surname, nick nation) and the winner of all four Open tournaments as well. The abbrevation of the country you are play for has to be in front of the name, for example: GER for Germany (GER Swat). If there aren't enough spaces, then you can abbreviate your name, but you have to post it before in the form. That's the way it should look like:

1.6 - Dates and application deadlines of the respective Open

I would like to mention that the tournament will be played every 3 months. It looks like that: German Open, Japan Open, US Open and Australian Open. The application deadline for the German Open will end at the 25th September of 2009. Don't worry, because the next Open - the Japan Open - won't be played while participating on the United LAN (27th December - 30th December). The Japan Open starts after that, despite of the application deadline that ends at the 25th December of
2009. Here's a small overview of it to make it more exact:

1.7 - Period of time of a round and the general rules of the tournament

Every round will be played over 3 three days, so it's possible to postpone it, if needed. In these tournaments, you may to use items and everyone will choose the course on a rotating basis (it's up to you who will be the first one), but always remember: you may choose every course just once. That will be till the final starts; there, every 20 courses will be played in a row. It doesn't matter which character you will choose, it's by your own. Every little way to cheat is totally forbidden and will be punished by disqualifying the person who does. It would be great if there's a proof for approving it, if someone cheated. There's just one more thing I would like to have: please stay fair and post the correct result - with a picture would be best, but actually, it doesn't has to be done because I can thrust everyone here, I think.
